This place is basically a time capsule from 1987. The rooms haven’t changed since Reagan was president, but I’ll give credit where it’s due—they were actually surprisingly clean. The blanket is about as thick as a paper towel, so the room turned into the Arctic overnight. The outside, however… wow. The balcony felt like I was one bad decision away from starring in a safety training video. The outdoor carpet is covered in debris, the stucco is crumbling off the walls, and the whole exterior looks like a construction project that everyone collectively forgot about. The parking lot isn’t much better. Thankfully, I care more about the inside than the outside. The shower keeps you on your toes. One second it’s refreshing, the next it’s trying to boil you alive, then suddenly you’re taking the Ice Bucket Challenge. At least the room has a legitimately nice-sized refrigerator and a microwave. The fridge is bigger than what most chain hotels offer. The owner isn’t exactly known for customer service. I walked through the front door and before I could even say “hello,” he barked, “ID card?” When I checked out, he slapped the counter and just said, “Card.” Shortest conversation I’ve had all year. The website advertises a pet-friendly motel. Apparently the pets never got that memo because they’re not allowed. The website also advertises a pool. Technically that’s true—it exists. In 100-degree summer weather, though? “Pool closed.”

Unable to find parking on property. One truck took up ELEVEN spaces. Other business lots in area plentiful but posted unavailable. Place is in immediate vicinity of BYU and LDS temple. I do not recommend except for temple participants and college parents.

room clean and neat the young lady on duty was great breakfast was quite good parking was an easy walk to the lobby the only draw back was there was no ice machine on the 2nd floor and the one on the 1st floor was broken and did not work which is kind of a bummer because of the summer heat no way to get a glass of ice water or put some in your ice chest

Always welcoming when we arrive. Room is clean and quiet.

Comfortable, clean, and exactly what I needed for some rest and relaxation. The breakfast was amazing too.
